Creda Washing Machine

Looking into picking up a Creda washing machine?  The Creda washing machine has been discontinued ever since 2007, so If you really want one of these, you’re going to have to look online and get yourself a used one.  I’m not sure if you want to go to those lengths for a Creda washing machine, but if not, you can look into it’s successor.

You see Creda is a part of the Indesit company and that also includes Hotpoint.  Since the Creda washing machine stopped being manufactured first quarter of 2007 all efforts switched over to the Hotpoint brand of washing machines.

So again, if you really want to get one of these, check out someplace like Ebay or Craigslist and you might be able to find yourself a used one.  I’m guessing though you’re not all that keen on that, so what we’re going to do here instead is look at the brand name they have moved onto which is Hotpoint.

So here are a few reviews of Hotpoint washing machines:

1.  Hotpoint BHWM129

From 336 to 656 pounds, this is a well performing washing machine that can be had at a fair price.
This machine has a 6.5kg wash load and a “A” energy star rating meaning you’re going to be using less electricity with this.  A great feature of this is that there is a hand wash function here in case you don’t have the time to do it by hand and you want a machine to simulate hand washing instead.

Another great feature is an anti-crease option.  This is great as it keeps clothes tumbling intermittently when the cycle is done so that no creases start to form just because you couldn’t’ get to the machine on time.

This machine is 82cm high, 59.5cm wide and 55cm deep.  Do make sure you buy this from the right place though, you should only have to pay around $330 pounds for this plus a little extra for delivery, so shop around and don’t overpay.

2.  Hotpoint WMF740G

Another one to consider that can be found between 299 pounds and 495 pounds.  This is a reliable washing machine and with the cotton wash feature there is almost no noise emitted from the machine which is great.  The drum is a great height for quick loading of clothes and the dials are easy to use and not convoluted.  The price is right and this is a brand whose quality has carried over from Creda.

So while you may be too late for a Creda washing machine, the Hotpoint brand more than makes up for it, keep an eye out for them.
